چکیده

Tkeatment of tinea capitis (ringworm of the scalp) in children has always been unsatisfactory. The multiplicity of the drugs used and the procedures mentioned in the textbooks make it difficult to formulate a routine method of treatment. Local antiseptics by themselves are not of much value, as the drugs cannot penetrate the skin to the root of the hair and control the infection inside the hair follicles. The infection
